Common questions
Do I have to use a registered electrical contractor?
Yes. In Sweden almost all electrical installation work may only be carried out by a contractor registered with the National Electrical Safety Board (Elsäkerhetsverket). You can look us up in their online service Kolla elföretaget.
Do I get the ROT deduction on electrical work?
Yes, on the labour cost in your home, as long as you own it and have deduction allowance left this year. We take the deduction off the invoice and handle the claim with the Swedish Tax Agency.
How do I know if my consumer unit needs replacing?
Old screw-in fuse boxes, fuses that blow often, no RCD, or plans for an EV charger or an induction hob are the usual reasons. We look on site and tell you whether it is needed or not.
How quickly can you come out for a fault?
We get back to you the same day and deal first with faults that have cut the power to the whole home. If you smell burning or a junction box is warm, switch off the power and call us straight away rather than writing.
Do I get documentation after the job?
Yes. You get a certificate for the work done, and an updated circuit chart if we have worked in the consumer unit. Both are useful when you sell the house or deal with your insurer.
Need help with the electrics?
Call or write. We get back to you the same day and book a visit if the job needs one.
