When you send a quote request or contact us, we collect what you give us yourself:

• name
• phone number
• type of job and the place where the job is
• any message

If you send your request as a text message instead, it goes straight from your phone to ours.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, to deliver the page and protect it from misuse. The logs are kept for a short time and are not used to find out who you are.

The website sets no cookies. If you choose the light or dark theme, the choice is saved in your browser and never sent to us. The visitor statistics count page views without cookies and without recognising individual visitors. No profiling takes place.

We use the details to answer your request, give you a quote and plan a visit if one is needed. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in being able to reply to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website. We do not ask for consent, because the processing is necessary for what you have asked for.

Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If they lead to a job, the details are kept for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and our guarantee obligations require, normally 7 years from the invoice date.

We never sell personal data. To run the website and receive the form we use two suppliers who process data on our behalf:

• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) sends the form to us as an email.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website, keeps the server logs and provides the cookie-free visitor statistics.

Both may involve data being transferred to the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to:

• know what data we hold about you and get a copy
• have incorrect data corrected
• have the data deleted when it is no longer needed
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• request restriction of the processing
• receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format
