Sofia Bygg El VVS is a registered electrical contractor. We do the electrical work ourselves. If the job needs a plumber or a tiler we bring in someone with the right qualification, but your contract is with us, and we are the ones you call if anything goes wrong.
Electrician, owner
Buned is a trained electrician working on installation, servicing and fault finding in homes. He does the electrical work himself, as the law requires of a registered electrical contractor. You can check his registration with the National Electrical Safety Board before you decide.
When the job needs plumbing or building work, we buy it in from firms qualified for exactly that part, such as an authorised plumbing firm or a tiler certified for wet rooms. You have one contract and one invoice, both with us.
If anything goes wrong, you call us. Under the Swedish Consumer Services Act we answer for all of the work, including what our partners do.
We do the electrical work ourselves. Plumbing and wet rooms we buy in, and that firm must be qualified for exactly that part. We look it up in the register before the work starts.
Pipes, drains, mixer taps and floor drains
The authorisation requires a full-time employed fitter with an industry certificate, so only the plumbing firm can hold it and sign the certificate.
