Common questions
What does a turnkey project mean?
That you have one contact and one contract for the whole job. We coordinate the electrics, plumbing, waterproofing and tiling and take responsibility for the parts fitting together.
Who is qualified for the electrics and plumbing in a building job?
We do the electrical work ourselves as a registered electrical contractor. Plumbing is done by an authorised plumbing firm, and waterproofing by a tiler certified under GVK or BKR. We tell you before the start which firms they are so you can check them, and the documentation shows who did what.
Do I get ROT on the whole renovation?
On the labour cost, not on materials. We split the invoice so the deduction comes out right and report it to the Swedish Tax Agency.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A typical kitchen takes two to four weeks, depending on the scope and the delivery time for the units. You get a schedule with the quote.
Need help with building work?
Call or write. We get back to you the same day and book a visit if the job needs one.
